Here are the actions that you can do while using a captured Moe Eye:

  • While in this form, Mario can see invisible platforms but must wear the shades. However, the shades slow down Mario and force him to waddle around.
  • Unfortunately, Mario cannot jump while in this form and must rely on lifts to move to other levels.
  • Removing the shades allows Mario to move faster but he cannot see the invisible platforms.
