This Power Moon is located with the Seal in the Wedding Chapel.

How to Get

  1. Purchase all of the Doctor Set Costume.
  2. Head to the Wedding Chapel.
  3. Talk to the Seal in a fur collared suit, they will automatically give you the Power Moon after the conversation.
