The On the North Pillar is at the northwest area of Tostarena. However, the On the North Pillar Power Moon is only accessible when you finished the game.

How to Get

  1. Head towards a checkpoint where you’ll see a electric cable and Scarecrow.
  2. Transform into an electric ball which allows you to ride the cables up to the tower where the Glydon is stationed.
  3. However, cut the transformation midway by pressing ZR since the Power Moon is on the North Pillar
  4. If you’re facing North, the On the North Pillar Power moon should be somewhere on one of the pillars.
