This Power Moon is located in Shiveria Town

How to Get

1. Upon entering Shiveria Town, look right on the right doors. There’ll be a pole you can use to climb to the next level.
2. After climbing, go left to the three lights in the center.
3. Cross to the other side and clear the snow. At the corner there’ll be a Power Moon.
