This Power Moon is located above the Ice Well Checkpoint

How to Get

  1. From the checkpoint, look to the right to find platforms with three blue penguins.
  2. Head over there and on the other side you’ll see a door blocked by snow.
  3. Clear it up and go inside.
  4. Complete the course using the rocket flowers and obtain the Power Points near the Warp Pipe
