Sidon of the Zora Walkthrough Summary
- Meet Sidon at Mipha Court.
- Talk to Jiahto at Lake Toto.
- Defeat Sludge Like with Sidon at Mipha Court.
- Head toward the pillar of light.
- Break the rocks to raise the water level.
- Destroy the first rock in the Ancient Zora Waterworks.
- Examine the warp device in the center.
- Proceed through Wellspring Island.
- Clear the Water Temple.
Meet Sidon at Mipha Court.
Upon starting the main quest Sidon of the Zora, find Sidon at Mipha Court.
From Zora Plateau Skyview Tower, fly west of Zora’s Domain. Then, head to Mipha Court through Zora Plateau → Lake Toto.
Talk to Jiahto at Lake Toto.
The main quest The Broken Slate will begin when you talk to Jiahto in Lake Toto.
The stone statue is covered in sludge by the rock next to Jiahto.
Once you clear The Broken Slate, the main quest Clues to the Sky will start.

Defeat Sludge Like with Sidon at Mipha Court.
After clearing Clues to the Sky, talk to Sidon at Mipha Court and Sludge Like will appear.
Defeat Sludge Like with Sidon’s help.
Head toward the pillar of light.
After defeating Sludge Like, go to Sidon in front of the pillar of light.
After the event, descend along the pillar of light using the Paraglider.
Destroy the rocks to raise the water level.
Destroy the rocks blocking the water by attacking them with a weapon fused with a rock.
When the rock breaks, the water level will rise and you can move forward.
Destroy the first rock at the Ancient Zora Waterworks.
Once you reach the Ancient Zora Waterworks, destroy the three rocks there to raise the water level.
The first rock is to the left of the entrance.
Build a scaffolding out of wooden planks or throw weapons to destroy them.
Destroy the second rock.
After destroying the first rock, turn around and go left.
Make a slope with a wooden board and climb up to find the second rock.
Destroy the third rock.
Go to the other side past the second rock and enter the sewer pipe.
If you go further, there is a ceiling that you can pass through Ascend. Just beyond that area is the third rock.
Examine the warp device in the center.
After destroying the third rock, examine the warp device in the center of the Ancient Zora Waterworks.
Proceed through Wellspring Island.
After passing through the Ancient Zora Waterworks, you will need to clear Wellspring Island.
This area has a bubble gimmick where you use the bubbles fired from the cannon to move forward.
Jump using the waterfall.
Along with the bubble mechanic, a waterfall gimmick will appear in the middle of the area.
If you enter the waterfall using the Paraglider, you can make a big jump with the effects of the Zora Armor.
After jumping, use your Paraglider and head for the next waterfall.
Set up the wings on the launch pad and fly in the sky.
Set up the wings on the launch pad. Then, hit the equipment on the left side with a bow to push out the wings so you can fly.
Fly through the sky using the wings and fan.
Fly through the sky until you arrive at the area where Zonai Devices are falling at the end of Wellspring Island.
Attach the wings and fan or the cart and fan to fly through the sky and head for the Water Temple.
Clear the Water Temple.
First Faucet
Cross the southwest rubble to find 3 Constructs in the next area.
Clean the mud off the water orb gimmick using Sidon’s power.
Hold the large ball with Utrahand and put it in the bubble. Then, carry it up to the upper level. Enter the bubble and move up to the upper level.
Float the ball you brought over the hole.
Set it on the water gate with the floating stone activated.
Lift the sluice gate with Ultrahand and drain the water.
Use Sidon’s power on the water wheel inside the open fence to open the faucet.
Second Faucet
The next faucet is at the B1 floor.
Use the Paraglider and towards the area where you can see the wall of flame.
Use Sidon’s power to let you pass through the gate of fire.
Ride the floating stone and cross the floor of thorns. Then, grab the iron ball in the back with Ultrahand, attach the iron ball to the floating stone, and carry it.
Attach the iron ball to the floating stone and press it against the hole to open the fence.
While blocking the flames with floating stones, join Sidon and have him give you the power of water.
Hit the second water wheel to open the second faucet.
Third Faucet
Climb the wall to return to the central area. When you go back, a Construct will appear. Take it out and collect the materials.
Go up the scaffolding on the right side and head to the next destination on the northeast side using the Paraglider.
After landing, jump through the rubble on the left.
Grab the plate under the water wheel with Ultrahand and attach it to the water wheel in a straight line.
As the water wheel rotates, the power will only pass through one side, so use Ultrahand to set the bubbles in between to connect it.
Use Sidon’s powers to spin the waterwheel to make the fence with the third faucet open.
Fourth Faucet
Climb onto the bubble device in the back and head to the area for the last faucet.
One part of the block rotating at high speed is vacant.
You clear the mud off by hitting it with bubbles or hitting an arrow with a Water Fruit attached to it.
It is recommended to hold the bow at the moment you jump off the floating stone.
After clearing off the sludge, hit the device inside with an arrow in the same way.
Activate the last faucet. Then, return to the center and examine the device to fight the boss Mucktorok.
Defeat Mucktorock (Boss)
- Remove the sludge with Sidon’s power.
- Damage Mucktorock at he flees to knock him down.
- When the boss’ HP is halved, the entire area will be covered in sludge.
- Attack Mucktorock while cleaning off the sludge.
- When Mucktorock jumps, hit him with a bow to knock him down.
