Head to Lake Toto and talk to Jiahto during the main quest Sidon of the Zora to begin The Broken Slate.
Remove the sludge from the statue and insert it into the wall.
After talking to Jiahto, look for the stone statue covered with sludge among the nearby rocks. Then, remove the sludge covering it and lift it Ultrahand. Finally, set it on the wall to clear the quest.
