How to Unlock Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower

Destory the thorns

Upon reaching the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower, it will be raining and the tower is covered in thorns. You need to use any fire to burn the thorns and you need to use Ultrahand to grab a wooden plank to cover the burning thorns from the rain.

After that, the thorns will be gone and you can head inside the tower to unlock it.
