Found at the northwest corner of the town in Tostarena
How to Get
- To the northwest of the town, there is a locked door that can only be accessed if you a wearing the Poncho and the Sombrero.
- You can purchase the Poncho and the Sombrero at the Crazy Cap store in exchange for local coins.
- Once you have the complete outfit, talk to the resident next to the locked door and he will let you inside.
- Stand at the center of the party room and you will eventually receive a Power Moon.
