Item	Description	How to Unlock
Knightly Milk	Increase attack size of weapons by 10%. Also increase Pick up Range by 30%.	Unlocked Automatically.
Details	This item increases the attack range and pickup range of weapons, making it one of the best items in the game because it affects the area of effect of several weapons. It is also affect by the Size Up Stamp and it will gain additional size bonus stat on all weapons. This item is unlocked automatically and can be easily accessed at the start of the game.
Halu	Increase regular fan spawns rate and increases fan strength by 5%. Gain HoloCoins for every 5 targets defeated since taking this item.	Beat 5,000 enemies in a single run.
Details	This item increases the HoloCoin rewards at the end of the game but increases enemy spawn rates and strength. Despite making enemies stronger, this item is still effective for HoloCoin farming.
Study Glasses	Increases EXP gain by 10%.	Achieve Level 50 in a run.
Details	This item increases the EXP gain of the character, using this item will make the character level up fast.

Tier S

Item	Description	How to Unlock
Limiter	Gain 100% Pick up Range.	Use Tsukumo Sana and survive for 10 minutes in a run.
Details	This item greatly increases the Pick up Range, making it very useful during a run.
Nurse’s Horn	30% Chance to recover 2 HP when defeating an enemy. Recovers HP by 20% when attacked if HP is at 15% or less.	Unlocked Automatically.
Details	This item gives a chance to heal the player after defeating an enemy, and it also gives a chance to recover hp when attacked. This item provides more sustainability during a run. This item is unlocked automatically and can be easily accessed at the start of the game.
Chicken’s Feather	Allows you to revive 1 time. When revived, instantly heal 50% HP and all enemies are defeated except the bosses.	Use Takanashi Kiara and survive for 10 minutes in a run.
Details	This item grants the player to revive and continue the game without starting over. When the player chose to revive, this item will instantly defeat all enemies excluding bosses.
Body Pillow	Gain a shield that absorbs up to 15 damage. Every 15 seconds, this shield refreshes. Also reduces damage taken by 5%.	Unlocked Automatically.
Details	This item provides a shield that absorbs damage and slightly reduces the damage taken. This item provides more sustainability during a run. Damage reduction stacks with other damage reduction effects in the game. This item is unlocked automatically and can be easily accessed at the start of the game.

Tier A

Item	Description	How to Unlock
Just Bandage	Increases Max HP by 10. After being hit, recovers 10% HP every 3 seconds until 80% of the damage taken is recovered. (Minimum of 1 HP recovery)	Lose the game after surviving for 10 minutes.
Super Chatto Time!	HoloCoins dropped by enemies are increased by 20%. All HoloCoins are picked up automatically.	Acquire 5,000 Holo Coins in the inventory.
Energy Drink	Increases attack speed by 10% and SPD by 30%, but reduces Max HP by 20% as well.	Use Calliope Mori and survive for 10 minutes in a run.
Stolen Piggy Bank	Gain 1 coin for every 100 px traveled and increases SPD by 20%. However, it reduces Pick Up Range by 30%.	Beat Golden YAGOO.
Headphones	15% chance to nullify enemy attacks and unleashes a shockwave that knocks back all targets.	Unlocked Automatically.
Idol Costume	Reduces Special move cooldown by 20%.	Perform a Special Attack.

Tier B

Item	Description	How to Unlock
Credit Card	Cost of enhancing is reduced by 20% and anvils appear 20% more often.	Pick up an Anvil.
Full Meal	All healing is doubled.	Unlocked Automatically.
Face Mask	Multiply all damage dealt by 1.3 times and increases attack speed by 10%. Damage taken is increased by 30%.	Unlocked Automatically.
Gorilla’s Paws	Attack damage is increased by 1.2x, but lose 20% critical chance.	Beat Smol Ame.

Tier C

Item	Description	How to Unlock
GWS Pill	While Special meter is still charging, increases crit by 15%.	Lose the game with Halu equipped.
Sake	Gain 1% crit buff every second up to 10%. If taking damage by a target, lose half the buff. If eating food, +5% crit for 10 seconds.	Unlocked Automatically.
Piki Piki Piman	Increases 15 Max HP. After receiving damage, increase the special gauge by 2%. There is a 0.2 chance cooldown.	Unlocked Automatically.
Uber Sheep	Every 10 seconds, food will drop from above. Also increases food drop chance from defeated targets by 10%.	Unlocked Automatically.
Membership	Consume 3 HoloCoins per second. If HoloCoins is more than 0, increase damage by 30% and take 10% less damage.	Beat Stage Mode using Super Chatto Time!
Plushie	Delay damage taken. When you get hit by an enemy, take only 30% of the damage initially, then take the remaining damage gradually.	Use Hakos Baelz and survive for 10 minutes in a run.
Injection Type Asacoco	Loses 5% HP every second (until 1 hp remains), but gain 40% ATK.	Clear Stage mode using Breathe-In Type Asacoco or Plug Type Asacoco.
