Lv.7 (AWAKENED)	Increase damage by 30%. On hit, there is a 10% chance to cause massive knockback and 2 times damage.

Description	Summon a Festival drum. Pressing the special button attack at the right time will create a stronger sound waves. All target are slowed.

GOD	Lv.1	If a target attacks Matsuri, there is a 25% chance that a massive beam from the heavens will strike that target dealing 200% damage.
	Lv.2	If a target attacks Matsuri, there is a 33% chance that a massive beam from the heavens will strike that target dealing 400% damage.
	Lv.3	If a target attacks Matsuri, there is a 50% chance that a massive beam from the heavens will strike that target dealing 600% damage.
Hidden Effects		–

GOD Skill’s damage has been reduced by 100% per level in Version 0.6.

	Lv.2	When hitting a target within 100px, gain 3% ATK and 3% SPD for 4 seconds, up to 45% ATK and 45% SPD.
	Lv.3	When hitting a target within 100px, gain 4% ATK and 4% SPD for 4 seconds, up to 60% ATK and 60% SPD.

Seiso Representative	Lv.1	Every 12 seconds, gain Seiso. Negate the next hit and become Unseiso for 5 seconds. While Unseiso, closeby targets take 200% damage and stunned for 0.5 seconds.
	Lv.2	Every 12 seconds, gain Seiso. Negate the next hit and become Unseiso for 5 seconds. While Unseiso, closeby targets take 250% damage and stunned for 0.5 seconds.
	Lv.3	Every 12 seconds, gain Seiso. Negate the next hit and become Unseiso for 5 seconds. While Unseiso, closeby targets take 300% damage and stunned for 0.5 seconds.
