Nurse’s Horn Story Origins and Background
The Nurse’s Horn is based on Yuzuki Choco‘s horn. The item was called Succubus Horn when it was released by was change to Nurse’s Horn in an update.
Yuzuki Choco was originally supposed to be a succubus when she debuted but was later changed to the Demon School’s Insurance Doctor.

| Lv.1 | 30% Chance to recover 2 HP when defeating an enemy. Recovers HP by 20% when attacked if HP is at 15% or less. |
| Lv.2 | 30% Chance to recover 4 HP when defeating an enemy. Recovers HP by 25% when attacked if HP is at 15% or less. |
| Lv.3 | 30% Chance to recover 6 HP when defeating an enemy. Recovers HP by 30% when attacked if HP is at 15% or less. |
Nurse’s Horn Super Upgrade

| Lv.1 | When defeating a target, there is a 30% chance to life-steal 8 HP, then a further 5% of max HP. If taking a hit while HP is less than 15%, there is a chance to heal 30% HP. |
