Location
Found floating under the brim level of Top-Hat Tower just before the boss area in Cap Kingdom. You must have beaten the game to get this Power Moon.
How to Get
- Head to the brim level of the Top-Hat Tower. After you arrive at the area, walk to the railing somewhat opposite from the door.
- Drop down to get the Power Moon floating there.
