In a pipe near the first Chain Chomp in Cascade Kingdom.

How to Get

  1. When you get to the area of the first Chain Chomp, capture it.
  2. There will be a rock near the wall that you can destroy. Hit it to reveal a pipe.
  3. Enter the pipe. The Power Moon will be at the top.
