From Captain Toad found at the side of the boss area in Cascade Kingdom.

How to Get

  1. After defeating Madame Broode, head off to the side of the boss area. Jump on the big silver block and go down into another platform below.
  2. Look for Captain Toad who will give you the Power Moon.
