From a hat-wearing ghost NPC northeast of Cascade Kingdom near Madame Broode‘s boss area.

How to Get

  1. Talk to the hat-wearing ghost. He wants to meet “a real caveman”.
  2. Change into the caveman outfit from the Odyssey and talk to the ghost again to get the Power Moon.
