Location

From the Sphynx in the Sky in Cascade Kingdom.

How to Get

  1. Head down from the Odyssey to the corner of the path with a green binocular stand and use it.
  2. Look to the sky until you see the Sphynx (the one from Sand Kingdom) riding a balloon to get the Power Moon.
