Below Rocky Mountain Summit.

How to Get

  1. Warp to the Rocky Mountain Summit.
  2. Drop down the huge cliff in the east side where the scarecrow lies.
  3. Throw Cappy onto the scarecrow to initiate the challenge.
  4. The Power Moon will be located on top of a palm tree. Go there as quickly as possible to acquire the Power Moon.
