Above a palm tree next to the Crazy Cap Store Lost Kingdom.

How to Get

  1. From the Rock Mountain Summit flag, head for the Crazy Cap Store. To the right of the store is a big palm tree.
  2. Climb up the tree to get the Power Moon at the top.
