How to Get
- Warp to the Peronza Plaza.
- When you arrive at Peronza Plaza, look to your right to see a Tosteran citizen near a taxi cab.
- Approach the tourist and he’ll humour you for a bit before granting you the A Tourist in the Luncheon Kingdom Power Moon.
- However, you have to make sure you got the one in the Metro Kingdom and Cascade Kingdom. Otherwise, he won’t give you the Power Moon.
