Near the path heading towards the Meat Plateau

How to Get

1. From the Path to the Meat Plateau checkpoint, there should are a couple of islands nearby. Near there, there are some platforms going up and heading north.
2. Look out for a small island in the middle with a green unlit torch.
3. After that, capture a nearby Lava Bubble. Using the Lava Bubble, time your jump right to light the torch.
4. Once the torch is lit, the Light the Lantern on the Small Island Power Moon will appear.
