Spawns in Quadrant C2, head to Peronza Plaza.

How to Get

  1. Visit the main village and search for the Crazy Cap Shop on the east section.
  2. Before you enter, make sure to have at least 100 Yellow Coins.
  3. Enter the shop then talk to the npc on the left side to purchase the Power Moon.
