How to Get
- Warp to the Peronza Plaza flag and head into the plaza.
- Look for the Cap Kingdom Ghost and he’ll say one of his friends decided to possess someone in the festival.
- Search around Peronza Plaza until you find a chef that has a chef cap having the same eyes as Cappy.
- For a more exact location, head towards the Crazy Cap shop. But don’t go inside. Instead, head towards the wall of crates in between the two buildings.
- Destroy the boxes and you’ll find a Flick behind the building with a Chef’s hat with Cappy’s eyes.
- Speak to the Cap Kingdom Ghost and he’ll give you the Hat-and-Seek: Among the Food Power Moon.
