At the Moe-Eye habitat in Sand Kingdom.

How to Get

1. Cross the desert to find a Moe-Eye then capture it.
2. Pilot it to scan the area for Moon Shard fragments.
3. Collect all 5 fragments to claim a Power Moon.
   1. The first shard appears right in front of Moe-Eye.
   2. Next shard spawns on a hill near a lone cactus.
   3. Third shard is at the far edge of the platform that becomes visible only when Mario captures Moe-Eye.
   4. Fourth shard is atop the lift past the invisible bridges.
   5. Last shard spawns on the corner of the location flanked by two cacti.
