Inside a Block is a Hard Place

Location

Occurs on Quadrant C4, the Power Moon rests on southeast side of Tostarena Ruins.

How to Get

1. From the Tostarena Ruins Pillar, move to the south section.
2. Drop off to the floor below where Bullet Bill cannons and multiple coins reside.
3. Capture a Bullet Bill then pilot it to hit the shiny block on the corner to find a Power Moon.
