How to Get

1. Make your way to the Tostarena Ruins Sand Pillar.
2. Once you get there, capture a Bullet Bill and make your way towards the pillar on the left. For better reference, it’s the one that looks slanted.
3. Land on that pillar and then wait for another Bullet Bill.
4. After capturing a second Bullet Bill, hold the accelerate button and shake the joy-con controller until you hit the box far up ahead.
5. Once the Bullet Bill crashes against the box, the Power Moon on the Eastern Pillar will appear.
