South the entrance of Tostarena Town

How to Get

1. Grab the Warp Pipe that’s south of the entrance of Tostarena Town. It’s in between Tostarena Town and the Odyssey; you’ll find it on a small rise on the left.
2. Capture a Moe-Eye and navigate through the platforms.
3. However, after the first moving platform at the beginning, stop at the second one.
4. Ride it to the far right, then drop onto the ledge on the right.
5. The ledge serves elevator which will take you up to the key.
6. Grab the key to unlock the Power Moon at the beginning of the area.
7. After that, head back and grab the Jump Onto the Transparent Lift Power Moon.
