This Power Moon is located at the D1 Quadrant. However, you can only go to this area by using a portrait which is found in the Mushroom Kingdom.
How to Get
- Warp to the Mushroom Kingdom.
- Head south until you find a portrait on the ground amid the trees.
- Examine the portrait in order to enter the Seaside Kingdom.
- Look for a treasure chest to get the Power Moon.
