How to Get
- Dive into the ocean where you’ll find a glowing rock down below.
- Similar to the Light at the Lighthouse, you’ll have to use Cappy on the rock.
- Throw Cappy against the rock and it’ll spin a few times.
- Once it finishes spinning, the rock will spit out the Power Moon.
- Swim towards it and you’ll finally get the The Tall Rock Shelf in the Deep Ocean Power Moon.
