Location
Talk to the Roving Racers west of Hot Spring Island.
How to Get
- Warp to the Hot Spring Islands and head west.
- Talk to the Roving Racers to start the race.
- At the start of the race, immediately capture a Cheep Cheep to get out of the sea quicker.
- Keep heading south and collect the rocket flower. Head to the small cave.
- Use Cappy on the Volbonans to flick yourself up on the finish line.
