This Power Moon is located in the Icicle Cavern.

How to Get

  1. Go to the first tunnel on the right in Shiveria Town on the way to obtaining Power Moon No. 1
  2. Stack yourself atop the Goombas and head towards where the golden arrow is.
  3. Dodge the falling Icicle then proceed to step on the button to reveal the Power Moon behind the wall.
