Outdoor Sportsman (Unlocks Precision skill tree.)	On the floor inside the nursery, after passing through Goldstar Liquor cellar (Chapter 16: Hillcrest).
Organic Chemistry: Concepts & Practice, 11th Edition (Unlocks Explosives skill tree.)	In the bedroom where the human enemies were staying before attacking you by the workbench (Chapter 18: The Seraphites).
