Permanent Events
A number of choices and actions in The Last of Us Part 2 cannot be undone once they have been made or executed. Be aware of them before starting your first playthrough.
Skill points cannot be reallocated
It is not possible to redistribute skill points after spending them to unlock skills. This means that you should think about your character’s build carefully before doing so.
Note that you will not be able to max out all skill trees in a single playthrough, so it is worth taking time to choose which skills are useful for your playstyle and which ones are not.
Weapon upgrades cannot be reversed
You will not be able to reclaim any parts you spend on acquiring weapon upgrades after you have crafted and installed them on a weapon.
Be sure to decide which upgrades best suit your playstyle when choosing enhancements at the workbench.
Items are Finite
Items obtained already by the protagonist per chapter will not be replenished. Especially, when you decide to go back to a previous chapter in order to look for missed items.
