Chapter 3: Skyview Temple Walkthrough
Skyview Temple – Entrance
| 1 | Once you arrive at the Bird Statue, get close to the door and hit the pink diamond at top using your slingshot. |

| 2 | Go inside the temple and move forward along the corridor. Take out the enemies, spider webs, and trees along the way using your sword. |
| 3 | When you see the Deku Baba on the ledge above, hit him with your slingshot to stun him. Afterwards, go up the vines and take out the Deku Baba. |
| 3 | Hit the crystal switch behind him and enter the room ahead. |
| 4 | Walk to the circle in the middle of the room with the Eye Guardian looking at you. Have your sword out and move it around in a circle. Do this faster and the Eye Guardian will become dizzy, unlocking the door in the process. |
| 5 | Move through the door to continue to the next area. |
| 6 | Take out the two Deku Babas above on the ceiling while being aware of the Myu on the ground. |
| 7 | Move forward and defeat the Green Bokoblin that appears. Look behind you to find some vines that you can climb. |
| 6 | Shoot down the Walltulas using your slingshot and climb up the vines. |
| 7 | Destroy the wooden barricades using your sword to create a shortcut to the temple’s first area. |
| 8 | Backtrack to the previous area and use your slingshot to hit the purple crystal above the door on the right. |
| 9 | Enter the door and move through the web until you come to the Skulltula. |
| 10 | To defeat it easily, attack it with a horizontal slash to expose the purple gem under it. Then, do thrust attacks to take it out. |
| 11 | Go down to the lower level and crawl through the opening on the left wall in the grass. |
| 12 | On the other side, hit the crystal at the top of the room using your slingshot to cause the water inside the dungeon to rise. |
| 13 | Use the vines to climb up and into the opening again back to the previous room. |
| 14 | Go into the water below the barred door. You should see a passage that you can move through. Follow it and hit the crystal to open the door nearby. |
| 15 | Head inside the door you opened and take out the Green Bokoblin. There will be two large spiders nearby as well. Ignore the spiders for now and look to the two vines furled on the side of the room near the tree stump. |
| 16 | Shoot the two vines and use them to make it across the other side. |
| 17 | Turn around and take out the Skultulla ahead. Afterwards, move to the platform in the middle. |
| 18 | Turn left and use your slingshot to hit the crystal. This will cause the water to rise again. |
| 19 | Move south and take out the Quadro Baba at the end of the room. Afterwards, exit through the door nearby. |
| 20 | Back at the main hall, walk to the ledge and open the chest ahead for an item (Dungeon Map x1). |
| 21 | Go down the ledge and look for a large log to the right. Jump on and take out the Walltula on the vines. |
| 22 | Jump to the vines and go up. When you reach the platform above, go up the steps and into the room ahead. |
| 23 | Drop down and take out the Skultulla ahead and approach the gate. When you see the two Eye Guardians, position yourself so that they both have you in view. Afterwards, move your sword around again to make them dizzy while opening the gate. |
| 24 | Go through the gate and open the treasure chest for an item (Small Key x1). This will allow you to open the locked door in the previous room to the north. |
| 25 | Return to the previous room by going up the stairs. |
| 26 | Go north and go inside the locked room using the key. |
| 27 | Inside the next area, use your slingshot to hit the crystal above the locked door to open it. Go inside the room and prepare to fight Stalfos (mini-boss). |
Defeat Stalfos

| 2 | Look for the spots on Stalfos’ body that he is not guarding with his two swords and strike him to deal damage. Timing a shield bash as Stalfos is about to attack will interrupt him and cause his arms will fall off. Afterwards, follow-up with more attacks to deal as much damage during this period. |
| 3 | Pick up the hearts on the side of the room if you take too much damage during the fight. |
Skyview Temple – Dungeon
| 1 | After defeating Stalfos, open the treasure chest (Beetle) in the middle of the room. All Bug Locations |

| 2 | Use the Beetle and fly it up through the hole southeast of the room. Once you have passed through the hole, turn right and hit the crystal outside to open the door. |
| 3 | Leave the room. Then, Fly the beetle up the structure until you see a crystal that you can hit. Do so to open the gate to the north of the large structure with an item (Piece of Heart x1) beyond it. All Heart Piece Locations |
| 4 | You can also use the beetle to cut down webs holding the wooden crates above the area. Break them to get some rupees. |
| 5 | Move west to the locked gate and aim the above it and toward one of the passageways. Maneuver the beetle through the passage. Behind the wall is a crystal that you can hit to open the gate. |
| 6 | Go through the gate and head inside the room. Follow it through a hallway and through the door ahead. |
| 7 | Take out the Skultulla that appears. Afterwards, you will come to three Eye Guardians. |
| 8 | Climb up the platforms and use the vines to your left to go even higher. |
| 9 | Use the beetle to cut the rope holding the steel crate hanging above. Afterwards, push the crate to the lower level near the Eye Guardians. |
| 10 | Get on the crate and move your sword in a circular motion when all three Eye Guardians are looking at you to make them dizzy. The gate here will open as well. |
| 11 | Head for the treasure chest and open it to find an item (Small Key x1). |
| 12 | Return to the previous room and fly the beetle straight ahead to the end of the room past the Skultulla. You want to aim for the crystal at the far end to make the water level rise. |
| 13 | Afterwards, backtrack through the hole near the edge of the area and return to the central room. |
| 14 | Go east toward a locked door ahead. When you near the door, look up at the ceiling and cut down the Deku Babas there. |
| 15 | Cross the tightrope to reach the locked door and open it using the key. |
| 16 | Go inside the room while destroying the wooden barricades. You will eventually come up to a Staldra. Attack its heads when they line up to cut them off simultaneously. Otherwise, the Staldra will just grow its head back. |
| 17 | Move northwest through the door and take out the Green Bokoblins. Afterwards, cut down the rope with the Skultulla and and dash jump over the gap. |
| 18 | There is a crystal just above the door to the left that you can hit to open up a shortcut near the beginning of the temple. |
| 19 | Cross the tightrope. A Green Bokoblin will jump on as you try to make your way to the other side. Knock it down and continue your way across. |
| 20 | Go northwest to find a treasure chest with some red rupees. To the northeast are some vines that you can use to climb up. |
| 21 | Cut the rope down and dash jump towards it. From there, swing to the nearest platform a little to your right. |
| 22 | Go up the vines and move across toward two ropes ahead. Aim your slingshot and hit them. Afterwards, jump towards the first rope and onto the second to reach the ledge to the southwest. |
| 23 | Approach the large treasure chest (Golden Carving) and open it. |
| 24 | Go up the vines and cross the gap by jumping over it. Drop down and cross the tight rope again. Afterwards, feel free to save by the Bird Statue and interact with the large door. |
| 25 | Use the Golden Carving and turn it until it fits on the lock. |
| 26 | After opening the door, watch the cutscene and prepare to battle Demon Lord Ghirahim (boss). |
Defeat Demon Lord Ghirahim

| 2 | For the first phase of the fight, you can only land hits Ghirahim by faking out your attack. Do this by holding your sword on your right to trick him. When he raises his hand to block, quickly slash him from the left to right. |
| 3 | During the second phase of the fight, slash through Ghirahim’s dagger projectiles that come straight at you. Wait for him to wind up his sword charge when you see him crouch and time a shield bash to stun him, making him open to follow-up strikes. |
| 4 | When Ghirahim teleports behind you, strike at an angle that is not protected by his guard. |
| 5 | Be sure to use recovery hearts found inside the pots on the side of the room if your health gets too low and Ghirahim should go down eventually. |
| 6 | Get the item (Heart Container x1) after defeating Ghirahim and leave through the door. |
Skyview Spring
| 1 | Proceed to Skyview Spring for the first time. |
