The Imprisoned (Third Encounter) Boss Strategy
As with the previous encounters against The Imprisoned, attack its toes and use the Groosenator to slow it down. Keep attacking the seal on its head whenever it goes down and the second phase of the fight will begin.
The boss will now gain the ability to fly. Use the Groosenator to shoot it down, causing it to fall to the ground. Attack the seal on its head until the third phase of the fight begins.
The Groosenator will lose its supply of bombs during the third phase. Quickly go up to Groose using the geysers. Then, use the catapult to fly toward The Imprisoned’s head and attack the seal. Perform a Skyward Strike on the seal and attack it using directional slashes to finally defeat the boss.
