Fledge’s Workout Side Quest Walkthrough
| 1 | Look for Fledge at the Knight Academy. Keep talking and wait until he mentions training at nighttime. This side quest can only be unlocked when you cleared the Lanayru Mining Facility. |

| 2 | Return to his room at night and see him training. Accept the quest and buy him two Stamina Potions (for 50 Rupees). |
| 3 | Make sure to bring two empty bottles and in order to buy two Stamina Potions. |
| 4 | Make sure to visit Fledge at night time again to give one potion. |
| 5 | Visit him again the second night time to give the second potion. |
| 6 | Approach him on the third night to acquire a reward (Gratitude Crystals x5). Take note that you can only acquire the rewards when you already have the second flame in Lanayru Desert. |
