Chapter 7: Lanayru Mining Facility Walkthrough
Mining Facility Temple
| 1 | You will encounter new enemies called Aracha which are enemy scorpions. Using Sword Slash attacks will defeat them. |

| 2 | There are several bomb statues at the side and they contain some items. Use the beetle and the bomb within this room to eliminate the electro spumes found in the sand. |
| 3 | Target the northwest corner of the room and use the beetle and bomb combination to knock over the bomb statue. |
| 4 | Look for a nearby lever and pull it to make the door open. Don’t enter and look for another lever in another corner first that will lift a cage. Proceed and examine a chest (Red Rupee x1). |
| 5 | After that, move to the north door. Defeat Staldra enemies on each side and enter the northwest corner of the room to eliminate an Aracha. Ignore the doors on both sides for now. |
| 6 | Push the wooden block over to the large platform. Jump on top of this platform and proceed north heading to the next room. |
| 7 | See another bomb on the higher pillar. Make use of the beetle to grab it and drop it on the wooden boxes. Jump over and climb the ladder. |
| 8 | Eliminate the Thunder Keese especially when they are not charged up. Examine the chest (Small Key x1) before dropping down back to the previous room with doors on both sides. |
| 9 | Enter the east door and run on over to the west to find a new enemy, Froak. Hit the enemy and run away to avoid the explosion damage. |
| 10 | Head towards the stalled platform and defeat another group of enemies. Climb the wall and see a ladder in your east. |
| 11 | You cannot reach the next ladder because of a wooden box. Target the bomb using a bottle and land it on the box to destroy it. Climb using the ladder and step on the switch to lift the gate in the center of the room. |
| 12 | Release another beetle to hit the timeshift while stepping on the switch. This will transform the room and new enemies will show up called Beamos. Hit the totem pole-like structures to get them down. Then, use a horizontal slash and straight sword attack to target their eye. |
| 13 | Drop down and clear the enemies. Proceed to the conveyor belt and drop down again to find a fast conveyor belt to get an item (Stamina Fruit x1) from a defeated Beamos. When you get the item, dash across and reach the ladder. |
| 14 | Climb and pull a nearby lever. A door with open on the other side. |
| 15 | Run across the conveyor belt again and head towards the left ladder. Open another chest (Red Rupee x1) and jump down again. |
| 16 | Run past by the conveyor belt and climb the ramps to find another conveyor belt. Reach the end and jump up to pull the lever. |
| 17 | This will make another door open up so head through this door. |
| 18 | Defeat enemies inside the room and jump off the ledge to climb the ladder found inside. Jump north passing by the two ledges and defeat the Froak enemy. This will hit the boulders blocking your next path. Use a bomb to blow them if you didn’t hit the boulders. |
| 19 | Jump on over and reach the north end of the room. Climb using the ladder and open another chest (Gust Bellows x1). |
| 20 | Drop down again and go east to find the next chest (Blue Bird Feather x1). Feel free to use the Gust Bellows to remove the dust piles and acquire some objects. |
| 21 | Return to the platform where you acquire the Gust Bellows. Jump on over and head to the west end of the room. |
| 22 | Use the Gust Bellows to push out enemies and climb a ladder to remove dust piles. |
| 23 | Enter another door to get back to the massive room your started. This time area is elevated. |
Mining Facility Dungeon Part 1
| 1 | Push the steel box to the side to make the ladder visible as a shortcut route. After that, jump down. |

| 2 | Enter the south door and use the Gust Bellows to clear the dust near the northeast side of the room. |
| 3 | A floor switch will be shown but you need to do more. Remove the dust surrounding the box and push it onto the floor switch. |
| 4 | Go through the door that opens up on the west side of the room. |
| 5 | Defeat enemies in the next room and run across the sand from platform to platform. Reach the southeast corner and reveal the timeshift stone when you use the Gust Bellow. Hit it to transform the area. |
| 6 | Jump to the next platform and see magnet-shaped devices. Blow dust to make the devices spin. This will move the platform along the rail. To open the locked door, blow gust to make the pinwheel above it a spin. |
| 7 | Enter and clear the area from enemies. Dropdown using the ladder and meet a new kind of enemy called Sentrobe. Deflect using Shield attacks to send them back. |
| 8 | Sentrobe Bomb enemies will also come out. Choose between a horizontal or vertical sword slash to defeat them. |
| 9 | See a platform against the west wall. Move while using a Gust Bellow to move it along the rail. |
| 10 | Jump on the platform and latch on. Blow the platform to move near the chest (Monster Horn x1). |
| 11 | Return to the platform and blow it heading to the west end of the room. |
| 12 | When you arrive at the northwest corner of the room, jump on and climb the ladder. Defeat an enemy and use gust to make another pinwheel spin. This will make the nearby door open. |
| 13 | Enter the door and defeat enemies. Clean the steel box and push it along the sand to the west. Climb over the box and reach the high platform. |
| 14 | You will see a gate block a route leading to a chest. Use the Gust Bellows to clear the area and see a timeshift stone next to the chest. Hit using the slingshot to change the area. |
| 15 | A new enemy, Armos, will be activated. Prepare for a mini-boss fight. |
Defeat Armos
| 1 | Defeat the Armos. |

| 2 | Use your Gust Bellows to spin the top of the Armos. When its mouth is open, it will reveal a blue crystal point. Slash it to damage the boss. |
| 3 | There is still a second crystal and use the same process to triggering it. This time, use a thrust attack. |
| 4 | After the battle, jump towards the higher platform. Open the treasure chest (Dungeon Map x1). |
| 5 | Enter the door that opened. You will return to the middle area of the dungeon. |
Mining Facility Dungeon Part 2
| 1 | In the middle room of the dungeon, go east and step on the switch to open the gate. |

| 2 | Make your way across the yellow path and defeat enemies. Approach the first spot of dust from the west and crawl through. Examine the chest for a random item. |
| 3 | Get back to the main area and continue along the other pathways across the sand. |
| 4 | Head to the west wall and use the Gust Bellows. Crawl through the newly revealed maze by going left, right, straight, right, left, right, right, and left. |
| 5 | Drop off the ledge and remove the dust in the ground, including the spikes. This will unveil the correct pathway. |
| 6 | Go to the northwest corner and find a chest (Red Rupee x1). |
| 7 | Look for a floor switch south of the staircase at the north end of the area. Step on it and a door will unlock. |
| 8 | Go upstairs and enter the door This will lead to the main room of the dungeon. |
