Where to find the Potion Shop
Head to the Bazaar in Skyloft to find the Potion Shop. There are other shops that you will find there as well.
Where to get equipment?

This is a small aesthetic thing, but the guardian potion is the white one while the stamina potion is the green one. All the materials needed for the upgrade is correct. Only thing that needs to be changed is flipping the pictures.
