Lost Child Side Quest Walkthrough
Skyloft – Lumpy Pumpkin
After completing Chapter 3: Skyview Temple and returning to Skyloft, you’ll come across a mother at the Goddess Statue. She will beg you to assist her in the search for her daughter who has gone missing. You must speak with an Old Man in order to locate the daughter.
| 1 | Talk to the brown-haired girl near the graveyard, and she’ll direct you to the Lumpy Pumpkin at Pumpkin Landing. |

| 2 | Fly to Pumpkin Landing east of Skyloft and to get into the Lumpy Pumpkin. Talk to the Old Man about the Skyloft Monster. |
| 3 | According to the old man, a creature “walked past the tree in the middle of the night… hit the gravestone nearest the tree… pushed the gravestone, and the storage shed door opened up.” To get to Kukiel, you must perform the following. |
Skyloft – Near the Graveyard
| 1 | Return to any bed in a villager’s home near the Graveyard and sleep until nightfall. |

| 2 | During night time, go to the Graveyard and search for the stone closest to the tree. |
| 3 | It will glow if you smack it with your sword. You may now grasp it and push it back, which will unlock the surrounding doors. |
| 4 | Climb down the ladder and into the shack via the shaky route. You’ll come across a creepy abandoned home and hear Kukiel screaming. |
| 5 | Batreaux is waiting for you inside. He claims that he was only playing the “Scream as loud as you can” game and that he had no intention of harming the Skyloft residents. |
| 6 | He says he needs a Gratitude Crystals to become human so he won’t be feared as a monster and can mingle with the Skyloft residents. |
| 7 | Speak to Kukiel and go to her home, which is located beneath the dirt bridge east of the Bazaar. You can sleep there and chat to her mother to get 5 Gratitude Crystals in the morning. |
