Stalmaster Boss Strategy
As with the previous Stalfos enemies, attack the points on its body that are not protected by its arms. Note that the Stalmaster switches up its blocking faster than Stalfos.
Using bombs is also an effective strategy against Stalmaster, causing its arms to drop to the ground and becoming temporarily vulnerable to follow-up attacks.
After lowering Stalmaster’s health, it will stretch out its other pair of arms, allowing it attack with all four of its swords. You will need to more precisely identify exposed points of its body to damage it this time. If Stalmaster guards itself with all of its arms to form a square around it, do a thrust attack to damage it.
Try to avoid getting caught in its combos as it can now perform up to four hits during this phase. You can also time its attack with a shield bash to stun it, giving you time to get multiple strikes afterwards.
