A Mystery in the Depths Walkthrough Summary
- Talk to Josha at the Lookout Landing (Watchtower) to begin the main quest.
- Warp to the Iyausus Lightroot.
- Go in the direction the statue is facing.
- Obtain the blueprint in the Underground Temple.
- Battle with Koga.
- Report back to Josha.
- Repair the balloon.
Go in the direction the statue is facing.
After warping to Iyausus Lightroot, the main quest Camera Work in the Depths will begin. Proceed in the direction the statue was facing (the one you took a picture of).
If you follow this direction, you will find Nihcayam Lightroot → Nogukoyk Lightroot along the way.
Aim at Frox’s eyes.
You will encounter Frox on the way to the Underground Temple.
If you hit its eye with an arrow, it will go down. Then, ride on its back and attack the ore growing on its to deal damage.
Obtain the Autobuild ability in the Underground Temple.
When you arrive at the Underground Temple, examine the device to acquire the Autobuild ability.
Use Autobuild to fix your broken vehicle.
Battle with Koga.
You will need to battle Master Kohga, the leader of Yiga Clan.
Jump onto the back of Master Kohga’s vehicle and attack him from there to deal damage.
You can also use the shoot him with arrow’s infused with lightning if you do not want to fight him up close.
