The Deku Tree is at Korok Forest
There is a Deku Tree is in the center of the Korok Forest.
The Deku Tree is, however, covered in Gloom and cannot speak when first visited.
Because of this, you will need to clear the Deep Hole of the Deku Tree to unlock it.
How to Unlock the Deku Tree
Clear the Deep Hole of the Deku Tree.
To unlock the Deku Tree, you must defeat the Gloom Hands and Phantom Ganon in the deep hole of the Deku Tree.
Gloom Hands Strategy
Gloom Hands can be defeated by shooting Bomb Flowers attached to your arrows.
Bring about 10 Bomb Flowers with plenty of time to spare.
Phantom Ganon Strategy
Phantom Ganon is a formidable enemy so it is recommended to fight him with weapons that have long reach, such as spears and one-handed swords made from spears.
If you keep your distance, Phantom Ganon will only use his common double attack, so strike if you see a gap or try to do rushes after Perfect Guard.
