Equip an armor with Gloom Resistance effect
Gloom can be mitigated if you are wearing armor with a Gloom Resistance effect. These armors give Link spare hearts to provide additional protection against Gloom.
Gloom can be treated using Sundelion
Gloom can be treated by adding Sundelion to your dishes. Consume the dish you made with Sundelion to restore Link’s cracked hearts.
Lightroots can restore cracked hearts
Cracked hearts caused by Gloom effect can also be restored by activating Lightroots.
