Obtained From Treasure Chest In “Ikebe Cave” on Great Sky Island

The starting clothes (Archaic Tunic) that you wear at the start of the game can be obtained from the treasure chest in “Ikebe Cave” of the Great Sky Island.

Ikebe Cave is located in the southern part of  the Great Sky Island, so it would be a good idea to stop by here on the way from the second shrine (In-Isa Shrine) to the third shrine (Gutanbac Shrine).

About Archaic Tunic

The Archaic Tunic is the first copper equipment you can obtain.

It has 1 defense and no equipment set bonuses or special effects.

Hylian Clothes is purchasable at Central Hyrule Watchtower.

About Hylian Clothes

The Archaic Tunic is the first copper armor you can get, but it has a slightly different shape because it is a ceremonial outfit.

If you want to get clothes that cover your entire upper body early in the game, you can buy Hylian Clothes from the armor shop in the Central Hyrule Watchtower.

Hylian Clothes Stats

Hylian Clothes has an initial defense of 3. When upgraded to maximum, its defense becomes 20.

Hylian Clothes Price

Hylian Clothes can be purchased for 130 rupees. Since it is expensive in the early games, it is a good idea to sell ore items such as Ruby and Sapphire.
