The Island Lobster Shirt can be found inside a chest on the beach near Lurelin Village. Grab a wooden board using Ultrahand and use it to get near the ship.

While on the wooden board, use Ultrahand again to pick up the chest under the ship. Open the chest on the beach to get the armor.
