Found inside a chest in Zelda’s Room at Hyrule Castle.

The Royal Guard Cap can be found inside a chest in Zelda’s Room at Hyrule Castle. Use the Paraglider to glide northwest from the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower and land on the tower’s bridge. Go inside the tower by going right. Then, drop down the opening to Zelda’s room. The chest is found behind the screens.
