How to Unlock Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower

Go directly under the ruins and you need to remove the scaffolding and use it to get into the tower.

After defeating the golem, attach the two nearby rockets into the scaffolding of the ruins, activate them and go to the sky.

You can activate the tower by flying to the top of it using a glider and you can also move the scaffoldings using Ultrahand.
