Carlos is a supporting character in Resident Evil 3. A surviving U.B.C.S. soldier of South American origin. Following strict orders, Carlos and other mercenaries serve to act as a countermeasure to rescue remaining civilians. Carlos is in-charge of handling heavy firearms, security, back-up, and weapons maintenance. Despite the group’s expertise in combat, these mercenaries need to rely on their wits to survive the horrors that hide in Raccoon City.
