Marvin Branagh
A surviving lieutenant of Raccoon Police Department. After the t-Virus broke out, Marvin had to abandon routine work in exchange for finding ways to rescue the remaining survivors. Due to the absence of the chief and the head officer, Marvin had no choice but to take on the mantle. In the wake of the wreckage, he spearheaded an evacuation plan to send off the last of his surviving colleagues and survivors. Despite his efforts, he chose to stay behind and stakes his life on guarding the precinct.
