Found at the end of the bridge going to Top-Hat Tower in the Cap Kingdom.

How to Get

1. Perform a cap throw at the scarecrow at the end of the bridge to start the challenge.
2. You need to get to the Power Moon before the timer runs out in order to complete it.
3. Use a roll (press the ZL button and shake the Joy-Con) to get to the Power Moon faster.
